Our Insight events

What began in 2023 as a product showcase at the MK7 venue in Milton Keynes has quickly evolved into something much bigger. Snap-on Industrial brought together leaders from power generation, aerospace, and rail to introduce its enhanced Tool Management System – demonstrating how a fully connected approach could help teams work faster, smarter, and with greater confidence.

By 2024, the event had grown into “INSIGHT.” Hosted at the Red Bull Racing headquarters, it became a space for open conversation as industry leaders came together to share challenges and explore solutions. A clear theme emerged: organisations were looking for better ways to improve productivity, reduce tool loss and damage, and gain more accurate, actionable data.

Snap-on listened and acted. One of the standout results was the ATC FlexHub, a solution inspired directly by customer feedback from the 2023 event and brought to market within just 12 months.

That same spirit of collaboration defined INSIGHT 2025. Returning to Milton Keynes at the Red Bull Technology Campus, the third annual event welcomed professionals from the military, aviation, rail, and energy sectors for a day built around shared experience and practical innovation.

From hands-on product demonstrations to behind-the-scenes factory tours and lively panel discussions, the focus remained the same: learning from each other and shaping what comes next. Guests explored new technologies developed in response to their input, including the Control Tech+™ Electronic Torque Wrenches; designed for a new era of digital torque management, as well as the latest power tool innovations and early-stage prototypes.

Alongside this, Snap-on continued to advance its Level 5 Tool Control ecosystem, with L5 Connect delivering even greater visibility, traceability, and control across tool inventories.

Now firmly established as more than just an event, INSIGHT has become a conversation – one that continues to drive innovation, strengthen partnerships, and ensure Snap-on solutions evolve in step with the real needs of industry.
